Karina Rosenzweig

She built a successful career as an Assistant Administration Manager in the transport industry before moving into the automotive sector, where she excelled as a Sales Consultant. In 2015, Karina began her real estate career, drawing on her strong customer service skills and exceptional organisational ability. Her diverse professional background has provided her with a well-rounded foundation in administration, sales, and client care.

After starting her family and raising two children, Karina further expanded her experience through roles in the wine industry. In 2025, she returned to real estate with renewed passion and enthusiasm. As a Licensed Sales Support Officer, she plays an integral role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Karina is highly regarded for her professionalism, strong attention to detail, and dedication to delivering exceptional service. She approaches every task with pride and enthusiasm, and her positive outlook, cheerful and friendly nature, and great sense of humour make her a valued member of the Elders Barossa team.

Outside of work, Karina values family time above all else and enjoys creating meaningful moments with her husband and children. She loves going for walks, visiting the beach, and spending time in nature to unwind. At home, she enjoys cooking and craft, as well as reading, listening to music, and practicing meditation to maintain balance in a busy world.
