With a diverse background spanning administration, automotive sales, real estate and the wine industry, Karina has developed a strong foundation in sales, organisation and client care. She began her real estate career in 2015 and, after taking time to raise her two children and gain further experience in the wine industry, returned to real estate in 2025 with renewed passion and enthusiasm.

As a Sales Associate, Karina works exclusively alongside Tristan Watt, providing dedicated support to Tristan and his clients throughout every stage of the sales process. With exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and a commitment to outstanding service, she helps ensure a seamless and personalised experience for every client.

Known for her positive outlook, warm and friendly nature and great sense of humour, Karina approaches her work with pride, enthusiasm and genuine care.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of Karina’s life. She loves spending time with her husband and children, going for walks, visiting the beach and enjoying the outdoors. At home, she enjoys cooking for her family, getting creative with craft, and finding quiet moments to read, listen to music and practise meditation. These simple rituals help her slow down, recharge and maintain balance in a busy world.
